Hermann House Inn Policies Registration Payment of a deposit equal to no less than one night's stay is expected at time of reservation. Your deposit receipt will serve as your reservation confirmation. The full names of all individuals staying at Hermann House Inn must be included in the Webervations data request form. Check In and Check Out Check In time is 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Check Out time Monday through Saturday is 11:00 AM. Check Out time on Sunday is 1:00 PM If guests are not expected for Sunday evening. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer at Check In time indicating that you are aware of Hermann House Inn policies and stipulations. Cancellations All cancellations include a 10% handling charge. Cancellations less than three days in advance of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund. Cancellations made from 4 to 29 days in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund if we are able to fill your reservation date. Cancellations made 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a full refund less the 10% handling charge. Occupancy Our use permit limits the number of adult occupants to two per suite. All guests must be 21 years of age. Visitors are welcome during your stay, but only registered guests may spend the night. If for some reason you do have overnight visitors, a charge of $150.00 per person will be added to your bill..In any case the maximum adult occupancy is two. Children Hermann House Inn is not suitable for children. Housekeeping Housekeeping services are generally not provided for one and two night stays. For longer stays, housekeeping services can be made available by prior arrangement. Pets Please leave your pets at home. Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Inn..Be free to smoke outside. Guests who do not respect the no smoking policy will be charged $250.00 for cleaning and will not be allowed future reservations. Gift Certificates Yes, they are available. |
